Goldtip Trad hunter arrow

Hi,
I have bought 500 spine of carbon arrow by Goldtip Trad Hunter. The sales rep recommended 500 so I bought it online.
When I got the item I saw that the instruction on the box says I should use 400 spine. 45lbs @ 29"
I called the store and told them this and he still recommends 500 and try different weight of heads, but willing to do the exchange.
What do you guys suggest?

At 29 inches 400 just might work shoot a bar shaft and just keep adding weight till the shafts are not flying stiff (nock left)
