OK guys, gonna help Jerry and I both out with this end of the hunt....
This way I will know exactly who has or hasn't paid their deposit so Jerry doesn't have to call me to contact them if not deposit shows. I'll also have a better idea and have a list myself. Once they are collected for each hunt, I will send Jerry a check for all with a list of names for each hunt. That way Jerry and I will both know exactly the same thing. He's also a little covered up at the moment and after all the great hunts he's provided no problem.
OK, due to many factors, the hunt will be $800 this year for the 5 day 6 night hunts.
Deposit will be a non refundable $150 and just make it out and send it to me as soon as you can....
