Title: Build your bow
Post by: kennym on April 02, 2017, 01:12:00 PM: OK , as I go along in the shop I find stuff. I found this set of morado lams and ground them to .020 x 2 x 36" (will cut to width for ya), so I found a big chunk of walnut in back room that matches pretty good.

So this giveaway will include:

2 pair veneers
2 pair maple cores
2 clear glass
1 walnut block CUT TO RISER SIZE
1 pc phenolic for tips (choice color)
1 maple lam for accent in riser
1 set plans for D/R (choice 58/60 or 62/64)
1 template for D/R (choice 58/60 or 62/64)

Will draw April 15 , 2017 for one winner. Cutoff at 6:00 PM Central time

Now the kicker : You have to try to make a bow out of this stuff and post progress on the Bowyer's Bench!!

And if you wanna build your own design, that's all good too as long as we see a bow out of it!! :thumbsup:
