Looking into getting a Hoyt takedown recurve bow. Need Help!

Hey everyone!
I’m looking at the Hoyt Recurve bows and falling in love with them. Though I’m stuck on what length and what size riser I should be really honing in on. I have a super grizzly Fred bear bow thats 58” long at 50# if drawn to 28” and I’m feeling really comfortable with that. So I may bump myself up to 60#’s.

My draw length is 27” I’m 5’6” short lol
Overall purpose is primarily hunting but practicing as well during off season.

Any ideas of what overall length and riser size I should be looking at? They have a 17”, 19” and 21” and then the limbs are your standard short, medium, long.
