Title: NRB cans EAB and Oct hunts.

It was a good day in Madison yesterday at the NRB hearing and then the Assembly hearing. Both sought to elliminate EAB and the Oct. herd control hunt. The NRB's plan was a one year thing and the legislative effort was forever. THe Senate hearing is coming up.
