Wife and I hunt arrow heads in the winter in the S. W. and we run into pottery sherds. I have about a 5 gallon bucket of them so I decided to put together this pottery arrow head. I used elmers glue and none of the pieces were sanded to fit. They are all in the same state that I found them. I din't want to alter an artifact. I have to make a frame out of barn wood to hang on the wall. It was like putting a puzzle together. Click on the picture to enlarge and you will see some of the designs better.
I will make a few more this winter for donations to archery shoots.

That's very cool, Jon. We collected lots of pottery shards when we lived in Bluffton, SC. This gives me an idea what to do with some of them. Cool!
