Look Out, Here I come

Hey Guys, I'm flying home Saturday to hunt the family farm and with friends.

I will be hunting both the Wausau Area and the family farm near Richland Center.

I have watched the sun rise and set from this spot more times than I can remember.

It is going to be great to have you home and spending time with you. But that stand may no longer be safe to sit in now, But it has stood for many years since we put it up. I beleive it was 1996 the year we bought the farm. See you Saturday!!

Have a great hunt/time up north.  Just looking at those pictures makes me long for some Northern hunting..... thanks goodness I've got an Ohio trip planned for 2nd week of Novembmer

What an Incredible week. Had many bucks in range, even some real big boys.  Now if I could only control my nerves when the the giant rut crazed brutes come within range....  :rolleyes:  

No shots managed yet. I am done hunting he family farm this year but will sneak out for a  couple sits near wausau with a few old friends.

I only live about 45 minutes from Wausau and action has been pretty decent lately .
Your time with friends will be special no matter what, be safe!
Do you still have plans to move back one day ?

Yes Sir Bill, as of right now the tentative plan is sell house in Spring, move to an apartment and then find Gainful employment in WI that has insurance.  Once the insurance kicks in my wife is coming over and we will have made the transition.

Please pray it goes as well in person as it is in my imagination.
