I got a story....I do a lot of fishing around Laramie. It is close to home and the fishing can be pretty good at times. There is a local bait and tackle in town that is kind of a hang out called The Fly Store and it is kind of a habit of a lot of guys to stop in on the way to fishing and on the way home just to check in and restock. Well I have been doing exceptionally well with these flys I got on the auction from Bob last year. Had a guy follow me from the lake one evening back to the fly store. ( I know all this cause the guy working at the store told me about it a couple days later when I stopped in again)...anyway the guy followed me from the lake back into town to the fly store, came into the store, after I left and wanted the owner to sell him the same flys I was using. The store told him that I didn't buy them at the store and the guy got rude then  pissed and stormed out.  About two weeks later I see this guy pull up behind my truck at the lake, parking me in. Rude,,,dont do that kind of shit out here. He sat there for a long time, couple of hours. It got to be time for me to go so I started paddling for shore. He got out of his truck and started walking toward me. Guy was a real piece of work. First words out of his mouth " I want to know what patterns your using and where you get them" I told him to F.O. and go move your truck.....He apologized and got humble. He really wanted to know about these flys. I asked him if he was a bow hunter. He was not. Anyway I told him the only way to get these specific bugs is to join this site wait until we do the auction in the spring time and bid high on these flys. I don't expect to see him but it wouldn't surprise me...…..I'm telling you Bob ties these thing up with some kind of magic dust or something...They are good and a really good cause is helped a bit....Good Luck! and GOOD Fishing

I have been the winning bidder on one set of Stickhorse’s fly’s in every St. Jude’s auction which he has donated them.  There is a reason why and I don’t see any reason to change.

$125

The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.
