is there any cure for nock pinch while shooting split?

Put most of the pulling pressure on the middle finger. The index should just come along for the ride. Once I learned to do this my accuracy improved.

so pretty much lead the draw with the middle finger?

Also, your elbow position is important.  Too high of an elbow and you are pressing down with your index finger on the top of the arrow.  Too low of an elbow and you may raise the arrow off of the rest.

Gooserbat:
Bow length plays a role.  As a long draw shooter I can really feel it wadding up on me with shorter bows.
