I'll bring steaks for everyone one night. If someone wants to do side dishes to go with it that night, that would be great. I'll be traveling from north east Ohio, i really don't want to bring a grill that far.  Hope some one that lives closer can bring a grill or something else to cook steaks on.
Really looking forward to this hunt.
Craig

Thinking along the same lines there Craig. I'm bringing pulled pork and fixings, just trying to figure out how to get it all heated.
I will have a cooker and you will be welcome to use, just can't guarantee it will suffice for your needs.

I'll bring some "Fat Boy Brownies" and try to bring some potato salad or something along that line to help with sides. If I need to bring an entree for one of the days also, just let me know.

Then once you purée everything it gets mixed with buttery goodness.

And here is the final product.

:biglaugh: I know a couple of those drinks. Lol. And since I know that you (and anyone else who wishes to) will join me in a nip, I'll bring some of my favorite dessert, sippin' whiskey...

As for Daniel's question, I just usually drink large amounts of water, with a few non-carbonated energy drinks thrown in as needed. Tea & coffee are also on the list, occasionally.

Fine looking eats there gentlemen!!

Daniel, I'm good with water and or soft drinks. With regard to sippin and nippin, sounds good!

The Boston Butt was rubbed down with herbs and spices and left to rest in the refrigerator overnight. This morning into the smoker for the day. Tonight it will get pulled and frozen.

Here is the rubbed BB.

Into the smoker.

trailers to come.

Dang....looks like Rick will be in serious contention for the newcomer award!

Rick, I have a PBC as well. Changed my life. In fact, some of the meat for the chili will be going into it shortly.

Ok, if no one is a huge carbonated beverage drinker, I wont buy as many of those and will load up on waters.

I'll be bringing a big chest with the drinks.

I love mine as well Darren! Have one of those big smokers that just wore me out trying to keep it at a constant temperature. Got this PBS a couple of years ago and changed my whole outlook on smoking meats.
