Great customer service

Had a pair of knee high snake and waterproof boots I purchased from Irish setter made by redwing. Had them almost two full hunting seasons when the right boot started leaking. I couldn't see any visible signs of damage so I called customer service. They told me to send them in with a short note explaining the situation. The boots were almost a full year past the manufacturer warranty and to my surprise they sent me a brand new pair of boots within two weeks of me mailing them off. All I paid was the postage to send the boots to them and they took care of it from there. Best customer service I have seen in a long while. A real rarity these days in my experience.

Kind of like my old Leupold VX3 that went out of adjustment - the elevation dial wouldn't adj far enough up - had that scope for years - older glossy model - still excellent glass - sent it in for repair - a week later a new in the box matte finish scope arrived with their compliments - again that kind of service is rare these days - fwiw - JB
