Title: The night arrow
Post by: smokin joe on February 09, 2020, 06:27:13 PM
For night hunting those hogs, I have an arrow set up that I think is pretty good. I am using carbon arrows with a green light-up Glory Nock. I also have a 2 inch long reflective wrap on the shaft directly behind the broadhead for those hogs that might fall over the wrong way. In the dark nights there (we are hunting during the dark of the moon and a sliver crescent) a light-up nock and reflective wrap might help in finding the arrow or the animal.

The Glory nocks aren't too heavy compared to regular press-in nocks, and they are reliable and easy to turn off. The reflective wrap behind the broadhead shows up well in light from a flashlight. I'll post a few photos later.
