Heading to Texas to hunt javelin for first time. What is the best shot placement on them?

Just like hogs; low and forward. However, they’re not nearly as tough and will seldom travel far after being hit unless you disturb them.

Perfectly said. They’re not tough to put down unlike hogs. They sure are a blast to hunt with a Trad bow though. Best of luck!
