Help with bear hunt

We are wanting to do A DIY black bear hunt in Washington anyone that help me set this up.

I have a place in the Okanogans that is good mule deer country and bear country. I am looking to lease it in 2014, but it might be a choice for your DIY hunt. Traditional archer preferred. Some rules about minimal impact and waste removal
