Possible new archery range in Springfield???
« on: June 24, 2011, 10:30:00 PM »
I have been told by a reliable source (thanks Rich!) that there is some momentum to get an archery range at a new park in Springfield, OR.

They are in the planning stages for improvements to the park and are looking for public feedback as to what kinds of activities people would like to see.

The direct link for the survey is    Clearwater Park Survey

And the link for Willamalane Park and Recreation District is    Willamalane Parks and Recreation District

If an archery range in Springfield sounds interesting to you, take a few minutes to fill out the survey.  Even if you are from outside the immediate area.  I hear that they are interested in the park becoming a something of a destination, as a way of attracting customers to local business.

Anyway, there you go!

Thanks for the headsup. I wonder how this would work with all the OSHA rules and safety standards though.

Took the survey....I might have leaned a little towards having an archery range near "my home"
