AFTER AUCTION PAYMENT INFO

ALL monies go to St Jude.  Either direct via PayPal or check made out to St Jude.  Garrett Polk will match up winners on Paypal and Checks will be mailed to Walt Francis for same.  Walt will batch mail checks directly to St Jude.

If you pay via PayPal your correspondence will be with Garrett and with Walt by check. Then winner/doner will correspond on shipping.  Rob and I won't be involved with any of the for mentioned.

No items are to be shipped till payment has been confirmed by a moderator from a posting on the item listed. as PAID.

All bid forums will close at 10:00 Eastern, which means you bid must be time stamped 9:59 Eastern.

In case of a last minute tie, the 1st one to post will be the winner.

We will also have a listing for 'Donations' during the auction for those that just want to donate to this cause.

Items/trips/services DO NOT have to be bowhuning related, anything you don't want anymore might bring a few buck for the kids.

1) Pay with PayPal straight through the St. Jude Donation Page Here:

2) Forward the automated receipt directly to me at gpolkknives@gmail.com with the information in bullet #3.  Anyone who fails to send an automated receipt or screenshot of it will have to wait on St Jude to send me their reports for me to clear their items for shipping.

3) Include in the email the following information:

*Bid forum number
*TG Auction for "whatever item that you bid on"
*your name or handle on the forum
*your mailing address

So for example if I bid on a Big Jims Custom Bow that was listed on the first bid forum, the email would have the receipt attached and would read something like:

Forum 1
TG Auction for Big Jims Custom Bow
Your Name/Handle as it appears on Tradgang

John Doe
1234 Street Address
City, State, Zip Code

Same info above for item info for checks goes to.....

Make check out to St Judes and put TRADGANG on the memo line for tracking purposes.

Walt Francis will still doing checks via mail.

When I try to send money to the paypal address, it tells me they only accept payment through the website. Which website?

It would not take payment when going directly into PayPal for me either.  I had to go to the St Jude.org website and make a donation through there. From here you can chose PayPal but it would not let me make any comments.  I have paid and can send email or screenshots of payment.

It seems the St. Jude website isn't allowing comments on the items.  Just send me a screenshot or PDF file of payment confirmation along with the otherwise requested identifying information as listed above and copied/pasted below.  Sorry for the confusion.  We can keep on doing good things for the kids all the same.

TG Auction for "whatever you bid on" - "TG Auction" will help St. Jude's send me accurate reports of who donated and the "for ..." will help me locate the items on the auction listing
    Forum 1/2/3/4 - there are typically multiple forums of donations and sometimes things like Big Jims Bows may have multiple donations spread throughout the multiple bid forums to give everyone multiple chances at such items
    forum name/handle - this identifies you as the bidder
    your mailing address - this is for me to forward to those who donated via PM


So for example if I bid on a Big Jims Custom Bow that was listed on the first bid forum, in the notes section would read something like:

Would it be easier to forward you the email receipt I received from St Jude's and include the info you need to sort everything out? Maybe include some identifiers in the subject line?
