An official day of rememberance.
« on: May 29, 2016, 11:47:00 AM »
Tomorrow we honor our fallen warriors from America's conflicts. For many of us "tomorrow ( Memorial Day) happens everyday. As the years go by (fifty for me) the names are all still there but the faces are getting dimmer. That fact sadness me, first the faces then the names, until all that is left are names on a black granite wall. I pray not, Semper Fi my friends and save a place for me to guard along the "streets of heaven".

I agree, Everyday is Memorial day.
And today is the 72 anniversary of D-Day.
Last night I watched the the old classic, The Longest Day.
