2020 MTAR dates and planning thread
« on: July 09, 2020, 11:39:34 PM »
This year we are gathering again at my place August 14, 15, 16th.  Let me know if you are coming or need more information.  I will list people here as they confirm they are coming so the cooks know how many to plan for.  This gathering is a relaxed environment.  We do not have a course but do shooting games such as jug shoot, speed shoot, king pin, and the infamous sling shot tournament. This is a good opportunity to work on archery projects and meet other trad shooters from MN.

If you are interested in helping with the cooking let me know.  Here are the meals we need.

Friday supper. Jer and Eddie (wild rice salad) Tod (wild pork sandwich)
Saturday morning coffee snacks
Saturday lunch.     Marian  (Sliders and loaded potato salad)
Saturday supper.  Mike R. (Chicken legs) Jake and John (burgers) Chad Croc Pot Pork and potatoes.
Sunday Brunch.     Chad and Amy  (Ham and Eggs) Jeremy pancakes Shane syrup
Morning coffee snacks Saturday

Roll call:
Chad and family
Shane
Joe  Saturday evening
Matt and family
Jeremy and Eddie
Tod
Popster
Blaine

Sliders and beans, that sounds potentially dangerous.

As of right now it's looking like I won't get there until 8 pm or so Saturday evening. If this changes, I'll let you know.

Shane has a bunch of homemade maple syrup if anyone can make pancakes or French toast for about 25 people.   Any volunteers?    Chad

I will bring my Atl Atl for people to fling around. Also my paper tuner if anyone want to try it out. I will bring a trading table, so bring anything you want to trade or sell.
Popester won't be able to make it.

Barry beat Jake in the final round.  He is from Sandstone and a very interesting, talented guy.
