NYS-DEC award

Al Dente:
The National Deer Association (NDA), which formed last year when the National Deer Alliance (also, NDA) and the Quality Deer Management Association (QDMA) joined together, has given their "Agency of the Year" award to the NYS-DEC.  This not only is a joke in itself, to me, it totally demeans any sort of credibility that this new organization seeks to achieve.  Especially since QDMA had named NYS as THE WORST state in the entire country for deer hunting/management.  It is due to the total MIS-management of NY's deer herd, which any NYer can attest to, that gave them that previous distinction.  So I ask, hey Kip Adams, what changed?
