Mike Mitten:
Mike Mitten is a 48 year old cancer researcher from Beach Park, Il. He is married with 5 children, and a regular contributor to Traditional Bowhunter, North American Whitetail, and many other magazines. Mike is a member of Pope & Young, P.B.S. and Comptons.
Mike will be giving a partial seminar on wildlife filming , as he is involved with Primal Dreams. He will also be talking about do it yourself hunts, and what it takes to put one together, including equipment, body, and mind preparation.
David Petersen:
Our Keynote speaker will be David Petersen of Durango, CO. David has authored many engaging hunting books (Heartsblood, Elkheart, and his latest A Man Made of Elk), wrote for Bugle magazine, and is currently a regular contributor to Traditional Bowhunter magazine. David's writings take you to his inner soul and are as captivating a read as you'll find in the outdoor category. His morning seminar will deal with breaking down an elk into manageable and pack able pieces when by yourself. His evening dinner talk will focus on low impact elk hunting David Petersen style.
