This evening I made my room reservation for the WTA Banquet at the HoJo's in Wisconsin Dells. Is there going to be a block of rooms reserved for WTA and if so, what will the rate be? I got my room for $99 but if there is going to be a "group rate" I would like to take advantage of it so I can spend the savings at the banquet...
Thanks in advance for any info.

We do have a block of rooms at a special rate. I don't recall how much they are supposed to be but will find out for you and let you know.

Thanks, Joe. I appreciate it. Great newsletter by the way...especially liked the old pic of George Henrich!

Here is the deal for W.T.A. members at Howard Johnson's :
$79.99 plus tax for a room with 2 queen beds or $89.99 for a single king.
Contact- Mary Zick: 608-254-8306
Room block is limited for Friday & Saturday.
H.J. is a very nice facility for our needs. There is an indoor waterpark, restaurant, seperate rooms for seminars and the banquet, plus all of the other WI Dells attractions.
we really hope many people will make it a family weekend.

Got my banquet reservation form on the email. Thanks Joe! I am looking forward to it and will probably be bringing a couple of guests. Are they the same price as us members?
Thanks!
-
Kevin, Guests are the same price - bring all you want!
-
Well, got my reservation changed to get the WTA rate. Seems if you book via the internet, they don't know about group rates at individual facilities. Anyway, good to go now.
Also, just dropped a check in the mail yesterday, bound for Crivitz, for myself and two guests. Looking forward to it!

One week to go before banquet time. Hope the weather is good for driving up from central FIB country...
-
Whip.... are we picking up our banquet tickets at the door ? I have not yet received mine, nor has a friend of mine. Just a bit worried.
Kevin. Man, you guys are having some fine weather down there. Was just there this past weekend and really started crying that I didn't have my cycle with me. So far the driving is fine. We lost a ton of snow the last several days. There may be construction on I-90 (when is there not ?)
For those that are TradGang members, please try to wear something that clues us in so we can actually meet and say hi while at the banquet.

Hi Chuck, Tickets aren't mailed, you'll get registered at the door. Dale Klug

Thanks Dale. Can't wait. I finally will meet Connie and Gary (Renfro), maybe some more Tradgangers. Did you guys get any of this brief warm up, up there ?
