As a luthier/guitar tech, I'm offering for sale my Recording King Single "O" acoustic guitar. This is an all solid wood guitar with Englemann spruce top and African mahogany back and sides, bone nut and saddle. The mahogany 25.4" scale neck is slim with a "C" backshape and a 1-11/16" nut width, just like a good electric guitar. The fingerboard and bridge are African paduak, mother-of-pearl fingerboard dots, ivoroid binding, the finish is a light clear satin, the body internal bracing is classic "X" style, strings are D'Addario 11-50 and the action is low and fast, perfect for both fingerstyle picking and strumming. The tone is deep, mellow, and harmonically rich for a single "O" body style - and a delight to play.

I bought this a few months ago to setup and modify for professional studio recording use. I leveled and crowned the frets, intalled Grover Sta-Tite deluxe 18:1 tuners, and installed a JB Electronics Prestige 330 internal triple transducer bridge plate pickup system, with strap jack. This is a passive pickup system and no batteries are required, goes direct to any amplifier or recording studio board. Included is also a new harshell case.
