Hey Dwayne!

I think we're making it an "unofficially official" weekly stumping get together at Mahwah.

Any Sunday there isn't a formal shoot, we'll meet at the practice butts between 9am and 9:30am.  Cancel out if it's raining.

The "unofficially official" contest is to see who can break or lose the most arrows.  LOL!

I live in Mahwah , not far from the archery range. I go there occasionally. Maybe I'll stop in one Sunday morning. Sounds like fun !

Rob or anyone,

Can you please post directions to the archery range in Mahwah.  I would like to attend one weekend to stump shoot with you guys and can’t seem to find direction anywhere.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Mike,

Sorry to reply so late.  Looks like you'd be coming from Long Island, NY?

Take the GW Bridge to route 80W, stay in the right hand local lanes, get off at the route 17N exit, take route 17N up to route 202 South, take 202 South for 3/4 mile and make a left on Darlington Avenue, bear right at the fork onto Campgaw Road - follow the road for about 1/4 mile and just past the cemetery (on yer left) you'll see the range entrance on yer right, nestled in the trees.

We meet at the practice butts around 9 to 9:30am on Sundays.  The parking is restricted to Bergen County residents or Bergen Bowmen members - I'll have an extra parking tag for ya, no worries.  Shoot me an email if you think yer comng up!  If ya come late and we're not at the butts, come find us in the woods (we usually start at the path between the bath house and the butt locker).

UPCOMING 3D SHOOTS

May 23 - this should be a goodie as it's in conjunction with the United Bowmen of NJ and the Traditional Archers of NJ ... I'll be there!

I live in Morris County...no problem driving to north Jersey for me though. Please let us know when they have cool events in the area. I'm new to traditional archery as well, and would love to get more involved.

Thanks,
Ken
