Arrivals, Meals, and Supplies Master
« on: February 02, 2020, 12:31:02 PM »
Am hoping the attachment is here.  I combined all the hunters arrivals info and added meal/supplies suggestions listed so far, with a few additions.  Am not sure if I have all hunters correct or not.

I guess we need to decide if we are going to all kick-in $100 for food and supplies and who might volunteer for the grocery run.  Also, do we know if ranch water is good or if we need water bottles?

$100.00 sounds great to me or I can bring or do what ever we need. Just let me know and I'll do it.

I am also good with the $100 in the pot for food.  I can also get some of the groceries if I have a list of what is needed.  I have rented a small economy car at the airport so it depends on what size of car they give me as to how much groceries I can haul.  Looking forward to this trip and meeting everyone.

Did $100 each last year... worked fine....I'm in...

We bought a few of those 2 gallon jugs with spicket....just for drinking.

Don't think there is an issue with their water....but we just bought them anyway.

I don’t know when everyone is getting in. I’m driving so I anticipate being there around noon if not sooner. Is everyone just meeting up at the ranch? I can’t see the list.   My cell is 314-565-5486

Took me a while to find the attachment, but I saw it. I'm hoping to find out on Thursday from the doctor whether or not I'm gonna be able to go at all. If I do get to go, I'm in for the $100. My number is 918-441-5069. If I can can drive (stick) and shoot, then I'll be planning for Saturday afternoon as my arrival time.

Guys, I should be there at camp sometime around noon or soon afterwards on Saturday. I've not been on a group hunt like this before, always been a solo hunter, so I'm a little confused on what I should do at this time or bring other than my personal items. Will we be making a run into town Saturday afternoon/evening for supplies? If so, I can drive my truck if needed, or do I sign up for something on the list now? Just let me know, I'll be happy to do either.

If someone wants to volunteer to do first shop, either in total or in part, I will get balance Saturday late afternoon.

Gentlemen, I won’t be joining you on this hunt.  My youngest son has to have heart surgery on Monday.
Good luck to all of you
