Cabin Fever

Anyone else got it bad?
I'm dreaming of spring bear, green grass & sunshine!
I'd settle for a strung bow, a quiver full of arrows & an outdoor 3D course & +20C     :goldtooth:

YES !!!! sign me up.
I am heading for Calgary next weekend to take a flintknapping course at the University that I have been trying to get into for a couple of years.
A good friend of mine got me in this year   :goldtooth:
I have been glueing up a bunch of Bamboo backed bows to pass the time.
Dreaming of SD Turkeys in a couple of months.

Tracy,
This course is "reserved" for members of the Geological society, I was very lucky to be invited to join, I have no idea what kind of stone they will use and am even more at a loss on where they get it from.
We do have a known "mine " here in the Crowsnest pass, I have been there it's pretty much cratered and apperently the rock is of poor quality.

They wouldn't want me there, I'd probably be busy teaching the instructors    :D

Sounds like fun, have fun and let us know how it went.
