Kenmore 3-D shoot
« on: July 05, 2010, 10:16:00 PM »
Just wanted to let everyone know there is a big 3-D shoot at Kenmore this weekend the 10th and 11th. They have lots of big animals, something like 15 elk a moose and a couple of bison. Some of the shots are long but you can move closer. You can practice up and down shots as well as cross canyon. It is a mixed shoot but the layout is such that there isn't many back ups.

It is up in the Bothel area. Take 405 north to canyon park exit and take a left and then a right on 228th it think it is the next intersection. Go up the hill and then go down the other side and it is about 1/2 way down the steep hill on the right.

Kenmore has a good course. Some people with stick bows may be put off by the distance to the targets from the shooting areas. Although that can be fixed by walking closer as described... I'm taking my kid camping this weekend and will not be making it. Have fun.
