Flinthead passes
« on: March 16, 2016, 11:54:00 PM »
A lot of you guys know Roy Forehand, or "Flinthead" as he is known on the various forums. He has been active in clubs and at shoots in Southwest Virginia for the last decade or so. He has been battling Melanoma for the last year or so and lost that battle early this morning. It is s shame, Roy was an ardent promoter of the sport of archery and a good friend. Keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Prayers for Roy and his family. Sorry to hear of his passing-traded bows with him a few times-a true gentleman for sure. Will be missed.

Prayers sent.  Thanks for letting us know Randy. Roy will be truly missed.

And yes, I did a bow deal or two with him. What a nice man.

Wow. Roy had a great way of making the Cool Springs Gang always feel at home at STAR.  He will be missed.  My prayers for him, his family and all his friends who are deeply saddened by his passing.  Jeff
