and... ?
Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Killdeer,

I had posted a few winter / snow photos from the home computer (where I am now), but ... took 'em off (via the office computer) when I found out my home computer got a bug.  It seems that when I entered my Webshots account to  upload the photos... my computer "got sick".  Some fraud ware anti-virus program popped up and the computer took on a life of it's own.

The computer repair person stated it was just a "drive by" virus (no, not the virus name, but I didn't ask any more questions... wouldn't mean much to me anywhooo). And yes, I had NORTON, and it was up to date in all respects... but ... well, not happy with Norton.

In short, I will stay away from WEBSHOTS for now.  It took a bit short of $100.00 to get my computer healthy again.

So... think snow!!!!

I used Norton back when I had a PC. I didn't like it either. Webshots is full of advertising and tracking thingies that set my teeth on edge. PhotoBucket isn't much better. I browse with Firefox, and use the Web of Trust and No Script plug-ins which warn me of weird things that might lead to trouble. I am no guru, and this stuff makes me feel better, plus I use a Mac, which is not as targeted as PCs by the bad guys.

No need to think snow here. The stuff is all over us here!

30" and counting. although it seems to be winding down.
Always remember the healing power of music, laughter, and the outdoors.

Killy,

When the time comes, I do think a MAC will be the next puter.

As for me, I did get rid of the internet at work and now just use my Motorola Droid (phone) when I'm away from the house puter and want use of internet.

As far as snow... we got a bit more today, but not like the the photo above.  And tomorrow there is an archery shoot, but... I think I'll stay inside.
