NBA CONVENTION

This Fri. & Sat is the Nebraska Bowhunter As. annual convention at the Kearney Ramada Inn. The NBA is mainly compound shooters, but there is also alot of trad.shooters. Wade Phillips is doing a display of Bows & Arrows from Fred Bear,Glenn St Charles,& others. I`ll be there with the Compton booth as well as signing up members for the NTA & the American Broadhead Collectors Club. Hope to see you there. Ken

Just to let you know so you can tell new prospective NTA members, the webpage (www.nebraskatraditionalarchers.org) is back up but still being constructed. We hope to have it mostly done by next week minus pictures.

Ken deserves kudos for giving Comptons/NTA/ABCC exposure at the NBA Banquet.  We had over 610 banquet attendees which I think is the second highest in history to Gene/Barry Wensel in '96.  The guest speakers for the next two banquets are stickbow guys.

Wade's display was an eye-opener and TONS of compound guys spent time ogling the history of our sport.  

It was great seeing so many familiar faces at the Banquet including Ken who has sorta become a third grandpa to my daughters.
