Upcoming W.T.A. annual Fall Hunt

This years W.T.A. Fall Hunt 2013 will be held October 8-13 at the Great Northern Highland State Forest in Bolder Junction, Wisconsin. Our group will be staying in the private camp grounds on Big Muskelunge Lake. Take State Highway 51 north of the HWY 47 intersection for 6.2 miles. Turn right on County Road M, go three miles to Big Muskelunge Lake Road. Turn right and go 2.5 miles to the group campground on your right. You are there!
Come for the entire week of camping and hunting or whatever your schedule will permit. Although most of us will be hunting you may just come for the camping if you do wish not to hunt.
The W.T.A. Annual FAll Hunt was conceived by the founders as an all traditional hunt. No firearms, cross bows, or compound bows please. There is plenty of opportunity for fishing on several near by lakes, so bring your gear if you wish.
Saturday at 1 p.m. will be the hunters feast (pot luck). Bring a dish to pass or create your own culinary delight in camp.
The state of Wisconsin prohibits the transfer of fire wood to prevent the spread of disease. Local wood only please.
If you may be shy and reluctant to join us, the W.T.A. members on hand will welcome you and assist you in setting up camp and finding a spot to hunt. The evening fires are a good place to get to know other W.T.A. members and have a pleasant camping experience.
If you have any questions or concerns contact myself Mike Hoffman at 715-345-0403, or Phil Czajka at 608-847-5306.
This years date is October the 8, 2013 through Sunday October 13, 2013.

               See you in camp.

I was just thinking about going to this hunt this year but alas it is the same week as my moose hunt - maybe next year.
