Got my card in the mail yesterday. I drew the 2nd season, hopefully I can get an extra tag for one of the later seasons. I have shot some of my better birds during the last couple weeks of season.

Hopefully I can kill one this year. Last spring I had just switched to traditional in March, I got several shots but my shooting skills needed some "fine tuning" shall we say!

I had great luck with the Spin & Strut decoy that I bought last year.

I got 3rd week, zone 2.  Not sure how this new zone thing is gonna work out, but we'll find out I guess.

Hoping to use the new bow, but time may be limited, and I have a record to maintain!  (haha!  15 birds/16 tags!  Better to be lucky than good any day!)

I drew 4th period,Zone 2. I can't believe the DNR has over 4000 second chance tags available for the 6th period in zone 2. Maybe they have visions of wiping out the turkey population also. Any ways there should be a lot of 3 year old gobblers out there this year.I saw a dozen long beards together in my hunting area last week. Good luck to everyone.

Zone 1 3rd period.  I am going to try and buy something for zone 2 if I can manage it.

Have fun everyone,

Nathan
