SBD Bow string / Bow Hush and Hush Puppies
« on: October 14, 2016, 11:39:00 AM »
After receiving my 6 strand SBD Bow string, for my 64" Samick Journey, I noticed immediately that the hand shock was gone and the Bow noise was minimal.(the B-50 String was causing hand shock that made my thumb ache after shooting, and was noisy, even after adding string puffs). Then after adding the Bow Hush and Hush Puppies, it became almost whisper quiet (very huntable). I am going to try the bow jax on the limbs and see if it can become silent. (I like to tinker a little).
I am very pleased with the SBD 6 strand Bow string, and Pierre made the serving to my specs.
Also congrats on the Bow Hush and Hush Puppies on taking care of the rest.

I will second that.  I added a 7 strand SBD string to my Samick Volcano today. 58", 45@28.  It was like getting a new bow. My handshock was gone and a very loud bow became very quiet.  Interestingly, even without setting my nock, my precision and accuracy were improved.
