Lone Wolf bow gromett
« on: September 27, 2007, 07:23:00 PM »
In addition to the center bow holder/gromett on their stands, Lone Wolf has a gromett/holder advertised to fit guns and traditional bows. I contacted the company and they said that it fits just next to the center in the platform and provides a firmer grip on recurves....has anybody tried these?

Thanks Blackhawk, I just bought one and plan to use it especially in cold weather so I can keep my hands warm in my fleece lined hand muffler. Sometimes the little things help when it comes to combating cold and fatigue during long hours on stand.

Bought one of these from LW, and just used it for two days straight.
Works great, quiet, etc.  I set my bow (Dalaa) in deeper than BlackHawk has his, and it worked great.
Nice feature to be "part of" the stand, rather than "bolted on".  I'm happy.
By the way, if you go to buy it, LW calls it a "gun holder" but in the description adds "and for traditional bows".  (or words to that effect)
