A very nice man and respected friend passed away this last week. Harold was a great guy. An accomplished musician many years ago who had played on the same stages as Bob Dylan and the Momma and the Pappas...a noted folk singer. He also enjoyed archery and knifemaking....I enjoyed my chats with Harold......shoot an arrow in his memory this season...
Rest in Peace my friend

I am lucky to own one of Harold's "rasp knives" and took it with me hunting today, thought he might have liked that.
Safe travels my friend save me a seat around the fire    :campfire:

One of the most unique workshops I ever saw. He had a homemade Bandsaw built out of wood.
Quite a character.
RIP

Thanks Brad...I sub teach quite a bit in Ponoka where Harold taught and lived and I have missed seeing him in his usual spots...I was worried his health had failed further and I now I know the rest of the story

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42
