Has the location been determined yet? The ATBA site doesn't seem to have any recent information.

It's going to be not far from Sundre this year.  Pavement almost to the door for those with big rigs.  There's a huge indoor riding arena that we can use instead of renting a big tent.  Tons of bush for some realistic "boreal forest" type shots.  The owners have horses and do riding lessons if anyone is interested.

Hey what a great time.  Thanks to the people that put this one all together.  I met lots of new friends, shot some great bows, and gave some old friends some fun ribbing.

Thanks for the Lessons Norman, Tom and Larry.  Norman... your bare shaft tuning really paid off with your results.  What was the name of that book you recommended?

Doug, Mike, Elaina ... what a great job in helping to create an awesome range in Grande Prairie.  Good shooting!

If anyone has a few pictures they should post them.  I was trying to get a few relatives to come with me, and pictures would definitely help to frame what goes on.

Thanks for putting it on.

Gordon

Like Glen said.   :campfire:
. Well done and thank you to all that planned, organized and gave there time and knowledge to make this 10th HCJ happening. Again made some new friends, and meet with old ones. The weather was great. The banquet was awesome and plentiful.  But one of the most  important thing the portable toilets where quept clean  the entire long weekend.
no it was not perfect. Some trouble with the first breakfast and the grounds where not the best to camp. But hey, we all made due and no one is worst off ....
Thanks to Mark Barber and his team to make this event memorable and as good as they could. Also thanks to all the volunteers that where recruited before and during the event.
For pictures see the ATBA web site Calvin did a great job there again....
See you all next year or before .
Yves
