That was a great shoot. It was a pleasure putting faces to the names. There were a few of you I did not get to meet. Hopefully we can hook up next time. I did not get to stay for the auction. I had to get my nephew home to meet with his father.

To the folks that ran the shoot, great job!!!!. The course had a lot of challenging shots. Thanks for letting me play in your yard.

Dan, it was nice to meet you as well as Two Arrows Orton.  I had a great time and the core group of NTA folks who put this on deserve thanks.  I like the courses, and the shots I'm not too keen on, I just walk up and take 'em a little closer.  And the shots are set up so that's easy to do.  Very little waiting if any on the courses, and thanks to Mike at The Nocking Point for having all the stuff a trad guy could need.  We got into a bunch of yellow jackets and my girls could dinged a couple times and Tim Shea, Ken Obershulte, and others came to the rescue with sting-killer and bandaids and the girls were good to go again.  Picked up a nice youth longbow from Ken as well.  Bumped into many guys I knew and made a few new acquaintances as well.  See you all next year.

Dan
Went to post the pic from the grizz target of our arrows. My camera didn't take the pic. What a bummer. Lex was braggin to her mom how she out shot me on the grizz. Wasn't the only one she out shot me on.

I still think I got better penetration on that tree, no quite a pass through but a killing shot the same.

Just got home. Left Linwood at 0330. Arrived here at 2100 local time. Will post a little more about my experience at the shoot later this weekend.
