« on: April 07, 2006, 09:22:00 AM »
On May 19 and 20 at the Dodge County Fairgrounds this expo will be held. The expo will be featuring archery with a 40 lane shooting range. Ten of these lanes will be for traditional archery instruction and the rest will be done with the Genesis compound bow. The instructors will be from the National Archery Schools Program. A estimated 2400 kids will be bused there on Friday to take part and Sat.it will be open to families. The times are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days. The fairgrounds is located in the Beaver Dam,Horicon Marsh area. Just wanted to let anyone interested about this. Nancy and I will be there to help out.  Shane

Just a update on the Outdoor Expo. Dodge County Fairgrounds is on Hwy 33 east of Beaver Dam. Food will be available for purchase both Fri. and Sat. The WTA will have ten shooting lanes there set up for people who want to try traditional archery.

At the Outdoor Expo, 3000 4ht and 5th graders are expected with teachers and chaporones on Friday the 19th of May. I'm looking for any WTA members that would like to help at the archery camp that day. This will be a great chance to introduce traditional archery to alot of kid's and maybe they will be our next generation of archers! Contact me by e-mail or 1-262-639-7236. Shane Hill
